Bandara Internasional Juanda melayani penerbangan terbatas jelang lebaran 2020. Protokol kesehatan tetap dijalankan penuh.
Surabayastory.com – Bandar udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya di Sidoarjo, membuka pelayanan operasional secara terbatas menjelang Lebaran tahun 2020. Ini adalah bagian agar masyarakat tetap produktif, di saat pemerintah belum melonggarkan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB).
Di saat pelaksanaan operasional penerbangan terbatas ini, Bandara Juanda terus menjalankan segala protokol kesehatan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Semua ini mengikuti prosedur pelayanan seperti diatur dalam Surat Edaran Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 tentang Kriteria Pembatasan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19.
Untuk itu diimbau agar seluruh penumpang tetap displin dalam mengikuti aturan yang dijalankan Bandara Internasional Juanda. Dengan begitu masyarakat turut membantu melakukan kegiatan produktif dengan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan agar aman dari infeksi, yang akhir-akhir ini banyak disebut dengan normal yang baru (new normal).
Untuk mendukung protokol kesehatan ini, beberapa fasilitas yang menjadi sasaran penyemprotan disinfektan, seperti area ruang tunggu, ruang kedatangan dan keberangkatan, check in, toilet, eskalator, konveyor pengambilan barang, hingga troli yang biasa dipakai penumpang untuk membawa barang di area Juanda. Penyemprotan cairan disinfektan rutin dilakukan setiap hari menyeluruh ke semua sarana dan fasilitas yang bersentuhan langsung dengan penumpang dan pengguna jasa bandara Juanda.
Selain itu bandara juanda juga mengaktifkan posko terpadu bersama Tim Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Jawa Timur, Lanudal Juanda, Kantor Otoritas Bandara Wilayah III, Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Surabaya, dan maskapai penerbangan yang masuk Juanda. Dengan posko ini membuat semua penumpang yang tiba di Juanda akan dicek kembali kelengkapan dokumennya, dan dilakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh.
Di sini penumpang juga harus menyerahkan kartu kewaspadaan kesehatan (health alert card/HAC) yang telah diisi. Kartu HAC ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan pengawasan dan penelusuran (tracking) kesehatan penumpang di tengah kondisi pandemi ini. Pengumuman serta upaya pemahaman bagi para penumpang terus dilakukan di seluruh area bandara, di Terminal 1 (T1) maupun Terminal 2 (T2).
Terbang operasional secara terbatas ini adalah upaya untuk menjembatani kebutuhan transportasi yang mendesak dengan tetap mewaspadai situasi pandemi. –sa
